Maui's Most Immersive Dining Experience

You're on Maui — let us take you somewhere else entirely.
Step into a lantern-lit oasis where the scent of orange blossom water and warm spices greets you at the door.
Le Bazaar blends the soul of Morocco with the bounty of Maui: vegetables grown in our island's volcanic soil, spices carried straight from Marrakech markets, and recipes passed down for generations — brought together in an immersive six-course feast with live belly dancing under the stars.

Grown in Volcanic Soil, Cooked in Moroccan Tradition

Maui's volcanic soil produces some of the most flavorful vegetables in the world — and at Le Bazaar, we build our menu around it. Local eggplant, carrots, peppers and root vegetables from island farms meet the spices, preserved lemons and slow-cooked traditions of Morocco, resulting in a menu that could only exist right here, in Kihei.
